Shipping and Refunds

For our products (Items sold directly by Robotbuy.com): We offer two types of Domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally for the time being.

    SHIPPING:

      Domestic-Economy: USPS standard shipping with no customer signature required on receipt: This is the cheaper option. Note that with this shipping, for lost items, we are not able to accept any refund requests, because there is no signature and no tracking.

      Domestic-Standard Flat Rate:USPS standard shipping with customer signature required on receipt: This is the more expensive option. As there is a tracking and signature required, we are able to issue refunds with this type of shipment for lost items.


    REFUNDS: We are confident that you will be satisfied with the item you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us and we will issue you a refund on the purchased item, provided that you send us the purchased item back. The shipping cost of the returned item is by the customer.

For Amazon.com and Ebay.com products that we display: Everything is done at those sites. All Payments, Product Shipping & Handling, Customer Service, Refunds and Returns are handled through Amazon.com and Ebay.com for those products. Please contact Amazon.com and Ebay.com for all inquiries on these issues. We are only displaying their products on our website by participating in Amazon.com associates and Ebay.com partner network programs.
