For the items that we are selling directly on our site, the only method of payment we accept currently is paypal. We do not deal with shipping, handling or returns at all, for the items you buy on the affiliate websites, such as amazon.com or trossenrobotics.com. These tasks are efficiently and securely handled by those sites.

For the items we are selling on our site, we are handling shipping and returns. We ship via USPS. If for any reason you decide to return an item sold directly by us, please contact us. We will gladly accommodate your request. You need to send the item back to us within 14 days of purchase, in order to get a return. The returned item must still be in new condition.
